yeah hehehehe , well about the extreme arabs you would fine them in some areas only , i have see israel tourists in jordan , egypt , tunisia, morocco and dubai with no problems, you can find even in this countries synagogue and jewish communities, the middle east is really deferent from what we see in the media, i advice you to take a trip and know people there you will like it.
