There are a number of factors that prove this theory impossible. The blocks on the pyramids are all different shapes and sizes. If they were molded there would be little variation in size but there is enormous differences in size and shape even when blocks are side by side if you have a PROPER look. Many are irregular shapes, either rounded or angular with evidence of tool markings rather than erosion. Many do not fit together properly, either with large gaps or not being square.

Sure, some of the pyramids are filled with whats called make, or rubbish and a bunch of varied objects.

The forms can vary. There is nothing to say blocks were formed at random, then infilled between the alternate voids.

Tool marks are very feasible in the product, Ive done a non-geo limestone render which has very evident tool mark

In some pyramids there is going to be a real possibility some blocks were used.

That is not going to happen; period! There are no two blocks that are the same size or even close, and most are not square. When you mold something it is square, blocks on the pyramids are not square not even close; take a PROPER look

You have to understand how forming or boarding can happen by merely boarding up sections of any size and broken down in a second. Concrete is poured with boards like this every day. The alternate sections can be filled looking like a checker board.

After some research of Davids footage there is evidence of another product which shows the use of an organic product used through the ages by masons.

@andrewloyd67 And when you put the boards back together again, they will form a shape the same size. None of the blocks on the pyramids are anywhere near the same size, nor are they square.

Hey mate,

Have a look at some concrete forming. There is plenty of concretors who use boards to form up multiple shapes of different size every day with the same boards on a multitude of different projects.

Older Engineering was based more on compression orientated enginneering where as today with hydralic Portland products tension is factored in greater with the utlisation of steel to add tensile strength.

@C4eternity perhaps they had many different molds so as not to have to use the same one over and over. sounds more efficient plus may be the work crews were just sloppy. after all they were going to be covered and not seen. the outer casing was uniform.

The concrete was poured in-situ, carried up then poured on the spot it lay.

Youll find some of the statues and inscriptions were done while moist too.

The organic product acts as a binder as well and assists in the strength of the product reducing cracking etc in the curing process

If you mix an acidic clay and an alkaline lime together it will stick together. Its the basis of cement. There is the other compounds within the clay also that accelerate the curing process.

I dare say there is one product that wont be immediately evident, maybe even more that tradesmen used in the past centuries ago that help bind the product,

You seem to have watched too much hollywood stuff, where every single baddie comes from a foreign country and has an accent. This makes more sense to me than giant builders or worst aliens building it... consider some other large megaliths around the world when you consider this building technique.

examples like sacsayhuaman,and other stuff all along the Inca trail will make anyone wonder how -if it was in fact stone -did they cut that?

so geopolymer is the most obvious answer,which can then lead to the manufacture of tools made of very strong material for working in quarries for polishing and finishing...

I think this guy is right on the money. Obviously the Egyptians were smart people. Why would they lug huge blocks around when there was an obvious easier way to do it?

My favourite pyramid megastone theory!

The jump from mud/clay bricks & pottery to larger man made pyramid blocks is quite small conceptually. The simple observation that dry 'mud' holds it's shape but can be formed when wet is a powerful concept. People tried different 'muds' & mixes until they found the best for a job, or simply found the mix by accident, possibly examing rock fragments and trying the wet/dry trick on them. It worked (with a little clay & perhaps the right sand)...
