I have learned from this video's comments this is distemper in racccoons not rabies. I watched it because I saw a raccoon acting like this in my backyard but lost sight of it after I called animal control. I have learned from this video's comments this is distemper in racccoons not rabies. If I ever see another with distemper, I'll try to trap it under a box untill they get there to put it out of its misery.
