Definitively I am charmed with this car, but they should consider use batteries of polymer of lithium, this way the capacity of load would be very much major, in addition to place an electrical engine of major efficiency to compensate, Tesla Motors brings from 200 to 400 horsepowers over it would be ideal for the suggested price.
Pure badass! I just that they could make one for about a quarter of the cost. but I understand that startup costs are huge for a project like this. I wish them HUGE successs. DOWN WITH BIG OIL!
As the doco "Who Killed the Electric Car?" showed - we could and should all be driving electric vehicles by now. Henry Ford's model-T's were electric to begin with, but then some dude found oil in Texas and wanted a market for it.
Big Oil still wants markets. Big Auto want cars with numerous moving parts that break down and need spare parts. Electric motors have 1 moving part, nearly 100% torque and are silent. Plus smell the roses.
Even with a 200 mile charge range, I'd be all set. My work commute is 30 miles. Even better with solar panels. I'd love to have a car that charges up while sitting in the parking lot at work.
Maybe some of us should e-mail Sony Pictures (I think they're the ones who did 'Who Killed the Electric Car'). Probably to late to get the Roadster in "Quantum of Solace", though.
tesla is just another segway which is a toy for rich white people.

There is another energy storage. it has no expensive materials, and harmless to ecology.

Seriously I think it would be GREAT PR for Tesla if the next Bond would use this car.

the most efficient car... until you see the factory.

Won't be any different from any other car manufacturing company. At least the cars that come out of the factory won't pollute.
