This video is live at FarmClub, It was a tv show that didn't last long(1999-2000). The show was for amateur musicians who uploaded their music to the show and were unsigned and then the good ones got on. They had several bands who had achieved some level of success come and play live to make it more worth while. Bloodhound Gang here is just showing how beyond awesome live they are.
