@alphamonX Thanks! I appreciate it! Steal away, I am glad you can incorporate them in your system. Although I have done very little Judo, I have trained with Judoka some of whom were very good, likewise Jujitsu - I have a few Jujitsu students who are very experienced and we also work with a Jujitsu Master 'Sol' see other vids. Nice thing about Goju Kata is its full of these techniques its just a matter of finding them and researching them. Some took me 25 years to find. Regards Tom.
