I'm some-what confused of what you're asking (came back from Trinidad today). But, Caligo will rid materialism. Sure, we may need easier transportation, shelter and food which costs money. Thing is, just erase money and give people items just like that. It's kind of hard to get rid of materialism as it is. Caligo is unsure of how to rid of it and to allow our lives to run more smoothly. We might just takeover and prevent the elite's plans, as the leader sort of finds "Communism" can solve money.
