Katie, your dad has a real talent. I got the Gah dvds just to listen properly to some of his recordings. Every time I listen to "Opposites" and his version of Eve of Destruction. I get the shivers. :)

I have the TV Guide w/ the listing for this show's original airdate, 6/14/69. It rated a TV Guide Close Up and mentioned that Joey was 13 then. If his Wikipedia listing is correct, he'd just turned 14 a week earlier, but most likely after this show was taped.

Your Dad is very talented, and it must be moving to happen upon older footage like this. He was lucky to get to perform with Johnny Cash and Dan Blocker here, too. I grew up in the 80's and loved The Greatest American Hero! I really enjoyed this video and I hope it doesn't get removed! ^_^
