Of course he´s post processing. You can see it buy the dodging and burning that has been done. Dodging and burning has been done since the beginning of photography and is just a way to enhance an image and make it beautiful. As a photojournlism once answered when he was asked: "Oh, your images of war and suffering are so beautiful, why do you make pain and suffering so beautiful in your photos?!" He answered: "Because no one would look at them if I didnt". Simple as that.

Photos of really old people are so interesting because it feels like every wrinkle tells another story.
Very good photos, the post processing is nicely done but sometimes the contrast is a little too much.
