@suckerpunch524 I know that Joanna Kerns went to the studio and told them that they needed to do something or Tracy could die, then the studio had her hospitalized. Kerns said that she thought at the time that Tracey felt she had betrayed her, but she didn't know what else to do because she was withering away to nothing. But, it seems now that Tracey is very thankful that Kerns stepped up for her.

You're right, I saw Part 5 and he did say he was sorry. To his defense, he was still really young and immature (and he admitted as much) no matter how religious he was.
He got religion, then he got annoying. According to Growing Pains, THS, Kirk drove the old writers nuts to the point where they left before the last season.

It's really cool that all of these actors are still willing to come together and do reunion interviews. I don't know of a single other sitcom from the past that does this, but it would be nice if they did. This just shows that the actors from Growing Pains really understand how lucky they were to be a part of a series that people still love to watch. A lot of actors in that position become so consumed with "changing their image", but not these guys. Good for them!
I miss this show so much. This show was a huge part of my childhood. I would Nick at Nite would show their reruns.

It's really cool that all of these actors are still willing to come together and do reunion interviews. I don't know of a single other sitcom from the past that does this, but it would be nice if they did. This just shows that the actors from Growing Pains really understand how lucky they were to be a part of a series that people still love to watch. A lot of actors in that position become so consumed with "changing their image", but not these guys. Good for them!
