Never mind a bigger bubble, have you thought how much faster you guys could go if you rebuilt the bike to look more like the recumbent 'flying hammock' streamliners of NSU in 1954-1956, or indeed the original Triumph Bonneville, not to mention every Land Speed Record holding motorcycle since? You'd be going more like 300mph!

At 220 MPH, your single biggest obstical is aerodynamics. If you guys built an alternate (bigger) front cowling and windshield, with more of a wrap-around, and designed from the ground up, to maximize aerodynamics...you would bump your world record numbers up quite a bit.

Any plans on incorporating a gearbox or variable drive to the bike? It seems extremely slow from 30-100mph compared to other options. Granted on the flats you can't give it the beans the same as on pavement, any chance of a video on the street with it geared for say, 160mph? Congrats!

don't quote me on this, but I think it uses an induction motor. This kind of motor can be designed in a way such that the max torque happens at a RPM you desire. In this case, it makes sense to put the max torque at the higher rpm region. (induction motors need no gears)
