I have a Prophet 610 (Six Trak) and i can have almost the same sound. You have to mix between : square wave, add a bit of resonance, and ajdust the cutoff.. this is something like that. i think you have to check antother thing, but i don't remember what .. lol

The synth line is basically a saw wave with a sharp ADSR envelope and some delay effect. It's the simplest thing to do when one has a synth, but i feel that it ruins this song. And I am a synth fan/geek.
