I use to have a pet rat and my cat didn't want anything to do with it. However, my dog loved that rat and they use to cuddle and sleep together all the time.I guess the rat loved being warm and the soft fur my dog had.A lot of people don't like rats,but the one I had was so tame it seemed more like a kitten with a somewhat ugly tail than some kind of rodent to be feared.He use to love to curl up across my arm and fall asleep.I sure miss him...He was an awesome pet!
