To do a bit of translating...

The title can best be translated to 'Run!' as pao (跑) is probably what is being used, which means 'run.' It's hard to describe what it's supposed to sound like, but it's not like 'pow'.

Also, when she says 'Bu yao' (不要) something, it means she doesn't want it. 不=not, 要=want. 不要= literally, 'not want'. Hope I helped a little, my Chinese skills are really rusty.
