Initially your body only grows exsisting cells, but at some point the body adjusts to progressive overload by creating new small muscle fiber which in turn will grow until more fiber are needed.
Ever notice that it is people who do not have degrees in Biology or Sciences that are always talking about "toxins" in your cells from food that makes you fat? They just say "toxins" as a buzz word when they don't even know what "toxins" they are referring to. They know as much about cell biology as snake oil salesmen in the 1920's!

eat more alkaline foods or foods that help body produce more basic substances to balance out the acids in the body, lemons are acidic but once ingested help the body become more alkaline when they react with chemicals in the body so eat more of those, eat more healthy foods that draw out and get rid of the acids and toxins stuck in the fat cells like anitoxidants, carotenoids, anthocyanins that are in different coloured veg eat at least 3-5 different coloured veg everyday!
well the only way too loose weight is to go to the gym and do cardio see there is no secret if you take in more calories then you burn you gain fat if you burn more then you take in you loose fat is simple and there is no trick or any secret its just what is is go to the gym eat healthy get rid of all candy and unhealthy foods when your hungry drink water and don't make this changes for a week than forget you gotta make this changes for ever if your willing to do this you'll loose weight if not
then you will just be overweight for ever. I'm not saying you are like this but I just wanna get this out there "I hate when people want to loose weight by just eating healthy and sitting on there asses all day then get mad because they don't loose weight. you have to balance eating healthy with physical exercise. It's hard it's probably one of the hardest things you'll ever try but worth it."
What about different metabolisms ? I agree that junk food is not good for anybody. But some people thrive on high protein diets and others thrive on low protein diets ... in my opinion.
different metabolisms means some people have to work harder then others big deal people just look excuses to them not loosing weight Im flat footed football was way harder for me then for others but I never used it as an excuse I just thought too myself there are kids out there who go through worse things on a daily basis why should I use excuses. I believe that the reason the USA is the fattest country is because almost all americans are cry babies who cry over the mildest disconforts
