Meteo is supposed to shoot meteos and the meteos are supposed to end worlds. How come they don't show meteos coming out of Meteo?

They weren't portrayed like that in any of the other games, at least visibly. Meteos is 1.2 million kilometers across anyway; they'd be too small.
Most likely, the gaseous streams you see coming out of Planet Meteo are the Meteos.

Planet Meteo doesn't absorb life; it kills off planets. If the Ark just leaves Planet Meteo alone, it's going to eliminate all intelligence in the galaxy.

I must say, even though meteo is an evil planet, it's very pretty. with all those colors.
also, as you mentioned in one of the videos, it's kinda funny seeing the meteo eye spouting hearts.
