    I am amazed at how easy you make all these workouts seem. I actually just worked my triceps yesterday and I am really starting to notice a difference.   • Great video JNL! I love this series because I'm learning so much. After many years of doing triceps exercises, I just discovered I'm using improper form because I tend to hike my shoulders up. I'll definitely going to pay more close attention to this in the future...thanks for the tips!

  • Fabolous video along with all of the other great advice given by Miss Jennifer. She is such an inspiration to me. This video inspired me to use different angles when working a particular muscle, especially the triceps.

  • I have the bikini model program and doing all the tricep excersises in it for the last 4 weeks has made a huge difference. There is much less jiggle and my arms now look sleek instead of flabby. I had no idea how important it is to train triceps, I can't wait to break out my sleeveless tops now! Thanks for all your tips and inspiration JNL, you're the best! And that shake looks so yummy-keep up the great work.

    My arms are a problem area, even when I loose weight, I never have the definition that I would like. Thanks for the great advice on training triceps. Have you ever thought of creating an exercise video that can be uploaded to an IPOD with your routine for the different body parts???? I would definitely LOVE that and I'm sure everyone else would too. Keep these coming.

  • Thanks for doing all these inspirational videos, esp. the biceps and triceps of which i have never liked working on. It motivates me to work harder on them. You have always been a great role model for me. I used your bootcamp workout featured in RX magazine OCt. 2007 for months and whipped me into shape.

    This recipe looks amazing. Unfortunately for me, in southern ontario they stopped carrying the Lean Desserts. I don't know why because they are exceptional protein powders. THanks again.

  • Thank you for the triceps tips! Beautifully sculpted arms are achievable with your advice. The protein shake recipe has inspired as well! You just cannot turn away a banana split variation. I am new to using the shakes, but I can see them becoming a part of my diet very easily.
