Saw Freddie for the first time at 16th Street on highway 6 (Bear Creek area) been a longtime fan ever since. Took my yuppie friends to see him at 2nd chance club, even made reservations so they would see first hand what this guy does. BELIEVE me when I tell you that he did not disappoint. Watched him throughout many years. Never disappointed. If it is true that you have passed on, I wish the best for your family (Now Jessie's got it made)? Nobody does it like you my friend. GOd bless you.

Saw Freddie open up for Ted Nugent at the Verizon wireless theater, blew me away plain and simple.

I was there that night and partied with Freddie and Ted backstage after the show. Ted came in Freddie's dressing room and told him how much he liked his playing. Freddie and I were friends for a long time. The last time I saw him was at the Verizon and that's when I saw he was sick. I said WTF? He said Hey Gerry. Never forgot me.
