World language means the language that is usually used in international businesses, etc.

At nearly all companies that deal with foreign consumers and/or companies, english is the general language in any formal letter or contract.

They may have different names in different countries but if a scientist from Japan was talking about a tree to another scientist from Canada, they would refer to the tree by it's Latin name, I think that's what he means by Latin being a more universal than English

i think bokomon's voice doesn't suit him at all neither neemon does his voice to. they should switch voices like neemon had bokomon's voice and bokomon had neemon's voice.
