Just wondering, ive been trying to get a 6pack for along time.
Ive been lifting at gym for 4months now. I am not over weight and can see top 4abs pretty decently.
But the bottom 2 seem to be covered with a small layer of fat.
But i was doing crunches + dieting +cardio + weights at gym and the progress was coming along great. until i hurt my back putting to much strain on back, is it still possible to get good abs with dieting + cardio alone? im going to try ab workouts that dont strain

All require to know the scientific steps to upgrade fitness level from where one is as beginer .It is just pay installments as we pay to bankloan. there should be dedicated , determined approach with proper guidance as in this high quality expert.
