it seems this technology has been done and redone many times, i found prob a dozen or more using the same principal...search freepatentsonline for more goodness (mag motors...etc)....

I hope you leave your negative on for the electrons to drain, are you sure its form the sun, there was a recent article that talked about self sputering from ions and electrons, this could be what is happening like I beleave the Joe cell is doing, i doubled my fuel milage.

Its a thermal reaction (the sun is only to heat and keep the water hot ) .. the reaction is an oxide ion effect on the aluminium and saltwater . Wow you doubled your milage? so have you tried running a motor quarter the size without petrol ?

part 1: Hi, no I just had a cell I built in my old mustang, I was just trying to save some money at the time and I did, it was even better than that at one point, i put 120 K and my gas gage was on empty the hole time, i was so excited I pulled of the fuel line because I thought i was running on the system, lol, there was still some gas coming out but it was fantastic anyways.

Perhaps some sheepskin insulation on the shaded side of the unit to stop heat loss. What ya recon bro?

with a sheepish grin ..i say sir you are billiant , and have givn me a fix-it idea regarding radiating out the heat through a coil and Concret/ Polyester bead / Wool mix (the after H furnace heating then to the C.P.W statue in the house .. a hydrogen heating system .. so i need to design a fan in the statue (like using a kent fire with sandstone tiles that radiate the heat well after the fire is out ).. thankyou

I would test that the gasses are H2 and not just dissolved gasses in the water coming off from boiling

thank you and the unit (tubes) is the same setup as my waffer 2 (it uses plates).. and is running a bbq (so yes the gas burns very well and without the big boom like hydroxy ..

yes you could (giant fresnel ..wow..) just use sheets of glass silacone around with pipe fittings..paint black and get the water flowing around and hot that way ... look up solar hotwater heaters on the net ...
