i fucking love the staff roll, its like the final reward for beating the game, and everytime i hear it i get a warm fuzzy feeling, that is until 12 killed it by playing it in the beginning

actually i think it's a hotdog, through the whole game, every time you go to the cafeteria, zell's usually there trying to get his hotdogs, but he NEVER does until the end xD

which is why they show him pigging out on them, he finally got some :)

They were all around the game. Kinda like a joke. They always were together through the good and bad times. At the begining, I think they are hanging out in the hallway in the dorms. Later on during the garden war, they are telling each other how much they will miss each other because they think they are about to die.

It's not a secret ending. The scene with Rinoa and Squall on the balcony always plays after the credits.
