And yet, despite Olivia's dating/relationship status not really being part of her character TPTB went out of their way to script an "I'm not a lesbian" remark into a script.

Oh well. I give them 6-8 episodes of the next season to throw Olivia in to bed with Elliot.

This was probably one of the best law and order svu episodes I've ever seen. It was fantastic. That man, Zapata, almost got in Cabot's ASS when she brought up his sexual proclivities in that interview room. Can you post the full episode?

They have been through a lot in this episode, of course she's going to be upset and cry. She thought she was dead for crying out loud. She tried to save her when she got shot so yea her reaction seems about right. But I wouldn't rule out that they were connected even deeper than they showed.

The subtext in this scene for Alex/Olivia is crazy! There's so much!! And for those of you who believe Olivia only became all tearful was because she thought she lost a friend are so wrong! Neal Baer the executive producer and head writer even said there was unaddressed sexual tension between Alex and Olivia!

I remember this episode, I cried when Alex "died" as Benson tried to keep her alive. But then that grief turned to an even bigger shock when it was revealed she was not dead.
