overrated? not really, i wouldnt say underrated either, theres a bigger audience for conan's show, leno's show and letterman's show, the emmies just cant all go to one show :S. Colbert Report imo is underrated though. but without stewart's ud have to watch fox news, cnn and msnbc to understand most of the jokes since stewart not only make fun of the media, but also informs alot about politics.

Infotainment has it's pros and cons though :S.
