Yes, I agree this is a nice love story, but I guess it's sad because she dies early in the movie from some kind of cancer. That's why she vacationed in Bukidnon to fulfill her last days on earth. Then the movie focuses on Sam's character Raffy on how he copes and accepts finally her death. He also has to prove himself to his parents because his brother is a doctor and he is just a rubber shoe designer. I also really like this song; I wish it was in Apple's iTunes.
