@yourcharismacoach Marcus, before I watched this video I had no idea who you were. I want to say thank you and something that blew my mind is that I often tell people I could have fun on my own if I was just put in a blank, empty, white room. When you mentioned that in your video I was like that's me! Thank you.
Everyone in the entire world definitely needs to check out Morty Lefkoe's work. He can cure a lack of confidence permanently and completely. The reason most people never find a cure is because people don't look at the root cause for a lack of confidence, which is beliefs. Morty invented a technique to eliminate beliefs permanently, and therefore, getting rid of your lack of self-confidence.
Nice. But its double standard, mix theories. At first you say you should go in with the attitude of "this will be fun, this conv will go awesome". But later on you say it should be "meh, result doesnt matter"
@ludvign11 Good point and that's something I should've made clearer in my talk. Here's what I'll add in the limited space for comments: go in with the best, most upbeat intention (because you're happy!) and be at peace on the inside, meaning 'don't choose to react negatively to stuff your brain picks up externally'. We all have full control to we choose to react. Hope that helps.
@YourCharismaCoach Well, you don't have to be upbeat, some people aren't, mostly not introverted people. I would just burn myself out if I would be upbeat all the time. But instead I can focus on having fun, which can mean im slow energy but messing around with people. Basically its just to have FUN, right? Your personality is more fun-nice, it seems like. I like to be a lil bit more fun-rude, but still making it respectful.
Thanks for the support! Apologies for my ropiness at the start; this was actually the second recording as the lights blew on the first take! I hope you find what I put out useful (there's more hands-on stuff at yourcharismacoach(dot)com).
I agree with a lot of what he was saying and enjoyed the talk, but I think he could do with better ideas for the guys to practice. I feel the train thing isn't a great idea, but I might be wrong.

The beginning came across as (bad) acting. But the rest was precious.
