  • That's a really amazing take on such a lovely song. Thumbs up from me.

  • Lady, you are very pretty. Please keep playing.

  • haha this remembers me some fallout3, this is nice 5/5

  • this awesome. and you make it look so easy, really like the jazzy chords too.

  • hahaahahahahah wat is this joke

  • Pretty good old song))) you play so well! I like your way, thank you)))

  • I like it!

  • I was looking all over for this song for Valentines day for my husband and I found several, but they were all set to fall out or something was wrong with them as far as I was concerned. Then I found this one. I love it. Thank you. It was perfect.

  • AMAZING

  • Wonderful, cheerful interpretation 5/5

  • i like it.. different. but i love your voice.. great tone and quality.

  • the happy version :) i like both but i rether the sad and slow version :P

  • I think you re hot lady!

  • Great singer, Peace from France

  • Love it. I've been weeding my favourites tonight and re-discovered your gorgeous work. You're still on the list obviously.

  • ur voice iss clean! beautifull old

  • This doesnt express the full peacfull, beautiful emotion in the regular version.

  • very nice version, quicker and soft and happy but neutral.. it would sound amazing as an studio version... good2dance, i could imagine even an drum n bass remix:D

  • Very Nice indeed. Great voice. Cheers

  • Very original and playful version... congrats!

  • I love your voice. I just don't like the song played this fast. Can you try it again slower so we can enjoy the chord progressions and your sumptuous vocals as you hold the notes a few bars :-)

  • everytime i hear this song, i think about MEGADETH. haha.

  • this sucks so much

  • This is faster then the Original. But is is bad? I dont think so. That was in contradistinction to the Original a really great Version. The Voice was Beatyfull. I cant believe that you have sing this Song. Dont stop that! Keep up the good work!

  • Thanks!

  • awesome!

  • I didn't like it because of the style. Your playing and singing was absolutely fine though.

  • too quick, i think its more of a slow song

  • I agree with this. The singing and playing was fantastic, but I'm just used to the slow version.

  • i dont really like this version but i think there are a lot of people who likes this version better so ill rate it 5*

  • really gooood!

  • Do u Have A Tab I

  • You have a very beautiful Crooner voice ;)

  • Thats' so funny to hear people say they found this song in a video game ..

You have a great tone and a sweet gentle feel for not only the music but your own voice as well ... thank you

  • I think it's pretty sad actually. I'm one of those people who did find it in the game, and it

saddens me because I know there is so music that I am missing out on...

  • Great! I just want to ask why do You think it's an irony to have this song in computer games? Because of these games we get to know the music we wouldn't get to hear in other circumstances:) And we wouldn't get to hear you!

    [And i adore your voice!]

  • i was wondering the same thing

  • I just meant the song was used ironically as a literary device. The game depicts a world that has been all but destroyed, and the lyrics of the song say "I don't want to set the world on fire.." In dramatic irony the audience knows this context, but the singer of the song doesn't, thereby creating a kind of dark humor.

  • yes indeed. That is very true. Its basically a lighthearted song turned into something sad and dark because of the way the game uses it. Which I think is genius. There are no rules for music/art.

  • frickin sweet!!! lpves it! it sounds great fast. i think i prefer the original but yours is still amazing. *****

  • I came looking for the song after heard it in the game fallout3, and what a pleasant surprise. Very different rendition, very nice!

  • this is the song that got me into jazz guitar becus of fallout 3, i really love you're rendition you sound like billy holiday just a lot less raspy. and those chord voicings are brilliant. also im purchasing an archtop and if anyone has any input i'd be very happy to hear, im thinking a d-angelico excel series?

  • dude, it took you fallout 3 to love jazz?! man youve been either sheltered or close minded. you should def. listen to bb king

  • well i've never really been exposed to it but now i love mary halvorson, late coltrane, derek bailey etc.. i really love the dissonant stuff cus i love sonic youth and a lot of no wave stuff lydia lunch arto lindsay.

  • you have done a great job with this song babe. congratz to you!

  • HI Thanks, you are too kind. I will try to work on that request. It's very simple if you know your harmonized scale (I, ii, iii, IV, V chords, etc.)

  • I love the jazzy sound,

you have a great voice, it reminds me of doris day or vera or even the bev sisters, very clean and clear.....its a pity we cant see the chords you play, maybe you could post then up here pls ? pls tell us the chords =)

  • this version isn't as good as the original, because it isn't deep like the original.

I'll rate it 3. Voice and guitar is good but the lyrics are just messed up. ''fire... fire'' -.-

  • Hi Yes, a lot of people have had similar comments. I guess my version is not exactly based on the stately Ink Spots one, but more on the cheerier rendition of a guy named Marty Grosz. When I get time I will do one more "Spots-ish" and therefore more Fallout3. I didn't realize so many of you would know the song.

  • one has to understand that all the people here complaining about her "not singing this properly" is because the majority know this song from Fallout3. the version we have all learned to love so much. this video is incredible... this woman can sing and play guitar like a goddess..... BUT id also be super happy seing her play the version of the game fallout3.... nice and slow.... the fallout3 version is simply so unique. so is this one... arggh hard to say what i want to say. 5 stars nonetheless

  • fallout 3

  • gorgeousssss

  • You are a sweet thing and I love your rendition of this great old song.

  • You have a great voice! Please do "Crazy he calls me"

  • Wow that was really good! You have a really nice voice.. I'd buy a CD coming from you..

  • the only thing i didnt like about this version was that you repeated the words but very good indeed.

  • This was great! I love the way you changed the more commonly used rythms for this song.

You've also got a great vocie for swing bands. As someone here already said, you should be singing in a band. Good video!

  • good but i think it would be better the normal way

  • If I were you then I would tr to get into some swing clubs. You have a good voice for big band and swing but definitely not for this song plus you play it way to fast and you messed up the song by trying to repeat certain words to make up for your rushing of the song.

You have a good voice though.

  • Those repeat words were an improvisation and I kinda did it on purpose to make my version different, something we jazz singers do. I can do the song exactly as the Spots do, no problem, and slower, so I suppose I should to do that for you guys.

  • good idea

  • The tutorial is up now--"performance" rendition I put at the end of Lesson 3

  • this is a good rendition and your voice has that nice jazz sound that makes the song sound authentic

  • Holy voice and guitar talent. Holy wow!

I couldn't tell if you were wearing a ring. Marry me! :-D

  • wow, great job! I was expecting it to be bad (no offense!) because it was double time, but it's great! fantastic work!

  • Thanks. This will be on my new CD if it ever comes out.

  • Oh you really know how to remake a song. Beautiful rendition! You're a great talent.

  • too fast : (

  • beautiful completely awestrikingly beautiful.....can u give me the tuning or is it the normal tuning and the chord progressions if you can .... oh did i say very beautiful

  • It's standard tuning in my rendition. I have a tutorial up now in 3 parts.

  • Fantastic...any other tunes ?

  • Thanks. I have about 60 or so up. Check my channel.

  • Amazing! :) Could you please send me the tabs?

  • guitars everywhereXD

    great job

  • truly amazed

  • That was really well done!

  • *claps* !!! :D woooow

  • Great cover. I suspect you're going to get a lot of views soon because this is pretty much the token song from the Fallout 3 video game soundtrack.

  • The microphone and the camera both like you...me too!

  • Just perfect.Have I said that before?Not my fault-it just is.*****

  • I remember this song from when I used to go to my grandmothers house. She had a couple of Ink Spot records that I used to always play. Nice version.
