Meyer had this all " PLANNED " in advance. He has a history of disrupting political events. No police could have handled this any better, it was doomed to controversy from the start. The FDLE investigation found everything out on Andrew Meyer. He is a punk bastard. I wish I could smash his face and knee-caps with a police baton, to see his goofy shorts covered in blood.
The guy (Andrew Meyer) was a freaking drama queen trying his best to disrupt the proceedings by grandstanding at the expense of others. As such, he needed to be removed, by any means warranted solely by his own actions (yelling, screaming, jumping up & down, pulling away from officers, etc). None of this (taser, handcuffs, etc) would have been necessary with even a very tiny bit of civil behavior on his part.
If a sitting US Senator is in the room, expect security to be a little tighter. That's their job. It's his fault he got tased, he was resisting a law enforcement officer.
Dnt read this cuz it works u will be kissed on the nearest friday by the love of ur life. Tomorrow will be the best day of ur life Howe er if u dnt post this three times on videos u will woll die in two days. Now if u strates reading this dnt stop cuz this is really sry. Put this on at least five videos in 143 min wen u dne press f6 and ur lover name will appear on the screen in bold letters. Its is scary cuz it actually works
LOL: is that really the charged the gave to Andrew Meyer back then?
Sure, he resisted leaving the microphone stand, and resisted arrest after that, but come on: did he really "incite a riot" by asking the questions he did?
why are u arresting him for just for asking a question?
Why did u have to taze him? dont give me that he was resisting arrest. u guys had no right to arrest him in the first place? I dont know what u cops are doing down there but u guys need to get it together, that or u guys need to get fired.
NO FREEDOM OF SPEECH ANY LONGER IN FASCIST USA!!! This is a great example of how dumbed down the nation is, how brainwashed the police forces are and how incompetent the so called leaders are. We got to take the power back!
@mexicanmusicfreak, Stop degrading our country, Dump down as a nation because of this incident?! I can set foot on any country and i can found bad Security. Stupid comments gets stupid answer. And they are not a police forces they are security. I agree with bad security management, everyone wants to feel important including security forces. Second what power are you talking about?! Our government as always been corrupted since day one. Same as other country government.
@TheCTBrotherhood Really? They didn't even TRY to talk to the guy. They immediately started to GRAB him. I'm a conservative. Combat Arms military guy. This is POOR police management. Could he have calmed down? sure. did the cops help? not one bit. That's how you get a lawsuit on your hands. Cops with attitude. reminds me of stupid NCOs in the military that are on a power trip. Cops need to learn they can't do whatever they want just because they wear a badge.
@StrengthFromAbove83 They did try to talk to him and escort him out before getting physical. There are other clips that show that. The cops should have just let him stay but on his part, when a cop tells you to do something you do it. Some college official might have told to the cops to have him removed. You don't freak out like a drama queen like this guy did. Brought it on himself.
"They're gonna try and kill me!" Lol wtf? he did cause a riot. He deserved to be arrested because at first they were just escorting him out, but then he resisted and got physical. So they had to arrest him
"Read what I wrote - I wrote a classic case of BAD policing, not a classic case of policing..." & you're just as wrong now as when you first wrote that fallacious drivel.
@tombee2 Classic case? 99.99999999999% of cops do everything perfectly, they're respectful, they're polite, they do everything properly. 0.00000000001% are corrupt and retarded who just taze and kick for the sake of being abusive. And an even smaller % of that get caught on tape and everyone goes "oh I guess all cops do this."
These aren't even cops. Fucking university rent-a-cops.
If a girlfriend is bitchy to you, do you think all girls are bitches? Didn't think so.
"These aren't even cops. Fucking university rent-a-cops." Wrong. You really shouldn't correct others when your own comments prove how little you know about a situation.
I don't know what he did to be escorted out of the auditorium. Maybe nothing to deserve it. However - he clearly resisted and fought them before they tasered the kid. Stupid kid and village idiots with badges-not a good combination. The kid knew exactly what he was doing when he started causing trouble. Did he deserve to be removed-only those in attendance know. Did he resist-absolutely. Would I have tased him based only on what we see here - yes.
@elvez1231 good thing you're not a cop and if you are you should be stripped of that badge. All he did here was stand up for his rights. Watch the whole video before making idiotic assumptions.
@begley09 the asshole causing all the trouble got exactly what he wanted - what he was begging for - attention. Did he commit a crime - I doubt it. At least he didn't until he resisted. This guy's problem - just like your's - he's an immature asshole. Very much like the "village idiots with badges" who tasered him. It looked like a full blown asshole festival to me. Now - fuck off.
@begley09 No, you are wrong. He got kicked out of a school event, then was given a speical privelage - NOT a right - to ask a question on his way out and he chose to grandstand then refuse to leave. That is ALL on him.
@begley09 He had the right to "speak" as in "run his mouth. he just did not have the right to speak AT THAT EVENT. He was kicked out. they gave him the PRIVELAGE to speak. And when he cussed over a minute after his time had run out, they resumed the removal of him that was already in place before they GRANTED him the PRIVELAGE of asking Kerry a question.
@Boxbreak101 They did NOT take his freedom of speech. He actually had MORE time at the mic than the others, despite the fact that he had already been kicked out for his behavior. they actually let him go for a minute longer AFTER his time was up & didn't cut the mic until he said "blowjob" despite the fact that the angrily told them he'd take him time when told his time was up.
The idea that his freedom of speech was taken when they let him have the mic AFTER being kicked out is ludicrous.
@MrPATSPAWN The police broke no laws at all. This has already been to court and investigated. the police did pretty much exactly as they were trained.
@MrPATSPAWN No, the police didn't break any laws. That is easily verifyable. You might want to CHANGE the laws, because you don't like what they did, but they didn't break any laws. Meyer was simply kicked out of a school function, STILL given a chance to speak before leaving, and he refused to leave. You can say you didn't like it, but the police acted well within their legal rights and accordance with their training. that is a verifyable fact.
why did they pull the plug when he was asking the question this guy was just angry about the phone voting system that did not register the votes the freemasons own all of america look at your currency you will find all the answers. o and did u see the signal that senator john kerry give for the poor bloke to get arrested.he tugs on his ear and the police pounded on him
@Mrtruthfulspeaks Because he said "blowjob". He'd already been in trouble for shoving his way to the mic out of turn, screaming at Kerry and cussing. He was ranitng and raving about being arrested for questions BEFORE this vidoe starts. they trie dto be reasonable and let him ask a question before walking out with them (that's why they are already surrounding him) but he ranted for 90 seconds befor esaying "blowjob". At that point they cut the mic and resumed his removal.
@Mrtruthfulspeaks And Kerry did NOT give any signal to arrest him. LOL That is ridiculous! He wasn't even being arrested at first. Just removed by the campus cops for his behavior.
tombee2 cont) "Defend it all you like -" I "defend it" because it's the truth.
"I could defend it too -" with nothing to back it up but for your willfull ignorance of the facts. Try making your comments BASED on the facts instead of in SPITE of them.
" but it doesn't make it right." The facts "make it right", numbnuts.
"I also knew about the run up to the questions" Again proving your continued, willfull ignorance.
tombee2 cont) "I wonder if you'll feel the same when it's your turn to be tased because a bunch of incompetent cops don't know haw to handle a student debate." There was nothing "incompetent" about what they did & it wasn't a "debate", you idiot. Why bother responding to comments if you're not going to read them first? This was a Q&A that was OVER. Read the facts I list & check the sources because they, once again, prove you to be wrong about this. cont)
tombee2 cont) "... but as some one who has some experience in law enforcement, I still say this was just a prime example of terrible policing." While you are certainly entitled to your opinion the facts prove that statement to be groundless.
"I stand by what I say:" Doing so, in light of the facts, proves you to be willfully ignorant.
"I have no idea what a Troll is etc, ..." There are a numer of prime examples. The redlrumrob is an example of someone making a username that is close to a real users name in an effort to impersonate them. Another examples would be reggieworth & reginaldworthington, just to name a few. These people post here with no regard for the facts & often post comments with NO bearing on the events of the video & do so just to start arguements. That is what a "TROLL" does. cont)
He resisted the arrest. That is why he was taised. I don't think they arrested him for anything else. He seems a little delusional. like he needs medication. If you ever get arrested the best thing to do is relax. Don't ask questions and wait for your day in court. Yeah I know sometimes you have to stand up for your rights. But when a hand full of police are around you. shut the hell up. I am sure they would have wrote him a ticket for disturbing the peace and let him go.
BP3DP they said that all they wanted to do was to talk to him about his actions. No ticket, no nothing, just talk. He had to keep pushing, abuse the undeserved chance to ask a question by breaking ALL of the forum rules & then to continue with his idiotic & illegal behavior but violently resisting their lawful removal of him.
He surely didn't do himself any favors that day, that's for damn sure ;-)
@redrumrob Agree. I think if he could have asked the same question in a calmer voice he would have been all good. I saw both Bush and Kerry asked the same question. They just said it's a secret. Which there is no law against. I do think it was rigged. Kerry had more votes and he conceded the election. I voted for his ass too.
@redrumrob further more scumbag, i can see how tha man was arested for risisting arrest, he should not have pushd away from them BUT they had no reason at all to interupt him while speaking and also his questioned was not answered...ARE YOU A MEMBER OF SKULL AND BONES REDRUMROB? the truth is out there and some people are willing to fight for what they beleive in especialy when there is a signed document that says you have the freedom of speach......
i mean if strike was allowed to write several books on how to make mdma and from jail, then why wasnt this man alowed to speak his mind and to inform others, the point being this was exsesive use of force not necesary you fat douche who ever you are sitting on the other side of your computer!!!
never mind redrumrob, hes just the local obsessed TROLL whos been harassing people over this video for THREE YEARS
the guy is a total nutjob & hammers out this prepared speil in hopes that you will point out his bias & bullshit so he can rip into you with endless profanities

notice rummy neglects to mention the ACLU also thought so

7TrOmA7 cont) "the truth is out there and some people are willing to fight for what they beleive in.." You don't want the truth you fucking piece of shit. tombee2 cont)He brought it all on himself by his ILLEGAL actions & idiotic decisions that day & is lucky that he wasn't charged with every law that he broke & that his lawyer was able to get him a deal for 18 months of probation, instead of standing trial, considering all of the evidence against him from that day. Those are the facts of the matter.
"did you see any rioting?" A riot does not have to occur for a person to be arrested for, charged, tried & convicted of INCITING a Riot. cont)
tombee2 cont) He CHOSE to violently resist that lawful removal & tried to get others to interfere with the Police. That's Resisting an Officer with Violence & Inciting a Riot & THAT is why he was arrested. He made another attempt to get away from the Police, at the back of the auditorium, & was taken to the ground where he CHOSE to be drive-stunned by CHOOSING to ignore their REPEATED lawful orders to stop resisting even AFTER being warned that he'd be "tased" if he did not comply. cont)
tombee2 cont) Meyer CHOSE to break ALL of those rules & ACCENT Director Max Tyroler chose to exercise his right to enforce them, just like they had said they would if they were broken, & gave the signal to cut the power to that mic. First of all, tombee2, I'd like to point out that the idiot you're responding to is an imposter/stalker/troll. Second, if YOU had 'seen the whole video" & knew all of the facts you wouldn't have made the statement that you did.
"All he did was ask a question." Simply not true. He'd already disrupted the forum after the Q&A was announced to be over by yelling & cursing at Kerry, pushing his way to the mic & refusing to leave when ordered to do so. cont)
Police Officers should always be IMMEDIATELY obeyed, no matter what. People who don't ENTHUSIASTICALLY obey an Officers' instructions or suggestions should be electrocuted repeatedly with a Taser. It would be a very instructive attitude adjustment for them! Besides, a little pain never hurt anybody!
I have been a student for Criminal justice for 2 years and have been through the police accademy..this is a prime example of "supioriority complex" these officers had no right to stop this man from making his speach. john kerry had a turn to speak..what anout this guy? These police need to lose their badges. They act like people given power to destroy the youth and their views...are we still the "United" states? or does the united part which means "as one" not exist anymore?
That was a very excellent and most insightful comment. Unfortunately, there's this jerkwad named redrumrob who has spent over three years browbeating people who leave comments on here critical of the way the Keystone (er Campus) Cops handled the situation. I agree, the cops were out of line and should have been disciplined.
WFCoW, I hate people like you. I HATE YOU! IHATE YOU! I HATE YOU! You think you're so smart with your big words and all don't you? I bet you wouldn't think you're so smart if someone held you down and repeatedly shocked you with a Taser would you?
@redlrumrob and before you say the soviet union doesn't exist..i know that. All i'm saying is one thing. Complain and wine all you want. you are one man or boy against a lot of people so you might as well sit down, relax, and focus on making a life in this country unless you want to go to some 3rd world country.
....and WFCoW, I will tell you something else you WILLFULLY IGNORANT dumbass, people like you who support the US Constitution and question the government need to be kicked out of this country. We should have burned that damn Constitution a long time ago!!!!!
@redlrumrob If you don't like the constition...then why are you here redlrumrob???Why do you take your communist ass to the soviet union you piece of shit.
Despite what you think you idiot, we need an oppressive government to keep the American people in line. Harsh prison sentences for relatively minor offenses is a GOOD thing! If more people were afraid of the police, we would have a much more peaceful society. We need MORE prisons and MORE police!!!!!!!!
@redlrumrob oh and another thing redlrumrob...it's very sad but true..if there wasn't crime being commited, police wouldn't exist. That is because the courts wouldn't make money, then the officers wouldn't make money, therefore the state would be losing money causing a depression...do your math and politics research before you insult someone with a higher intelligence then you. WFcoW has valid point's and so do i. also politics is one viscious circle of money..cut one part out and it falls apart
"WFcoW has valid point's and so do i." Then why don't either of you make one. Nothing WFcoW has said has any validity at all & I've proven that time & time again. If I could make heads or tails out of the drivel on this page I'd be able to tear your arguement apart as well.
"I agree, the cops were out of line and should have been disciplined." &, once again, the facts, laws, rules & the Use of Force Continuum are NOT on your side. You really should try basing your comments ON the facts instead of in SPITE of them.
See, now you're just being WILLFULLY IGNORANT! Meyer's first mistake was that he didn't ENTHUSIASTICALLY comply with the Officers' instructions. He deserved to be thrown to the ground and TASED repeatedly for his insolence.
@redlrumrob you said previously that you also felt that these officers were out of line..and then later changed your mind to say that they wern't? Make up your mind and a valid point, without saying someone is stupid because i have been offered to work for the F.B.I. ...if you are even smart enough to know what that is..unless that is too far above your head. You seem to have a one track mind that you are right and those officers are too. Well here's a fact for you, we are all human's..
I know it's going to be hard for you email4butch but make sure you know who you're responding to. There is an imposter/troll that you're talking to one minute then addressing me with continuation of said comment the next.

email4butch you don't know what you're talking about. ".. these officers had no right to stop this man from making his speach." ACCENT cut the mic, not the Police. I think it will simplify things if I just outline all of the facts for you. These facts will prove you wrong, every step of the way. They are substantiated by the video evidence, eyewitness testimony, the Police reports & Meyer's own interviews. cont)
@redrumrob continued... Also do you think those officers would want the same thing done to them in that situation..i'll answer this easy one for you since you don't seem to comprehend what is right from wrong. I'm sure these officers would hate being in the same situation and they would ask the same question...Since when is freedom of speech without violence a reason to get arrested.
However I will go over the comments that you, probably mistakenly, made dirrectly to you.
"Since when is freedom of speech without violence a reason to get arrested?" What the hell are you talking about? Meyer was not removed, let alone arrested or drive-stunned, for anything he said. You really should just shut the hell up, read the facts I listed for you, check the sources & come back & appologize because you do NOT know what you're talking about. Period.

@redrumrob hey fagit you make laugh HAHA! also a tad worried? for your own mental health. The cops were fully in tha wrong, they first tried to pin the man for causing a riot, video evidence clearly shows there was no riot! also freedom of speach mother fucker! the cops realised they didnt have a case on him and the video evidence would prove that in court so they changed charge to disturbing the peace, a fucking debate is not ment to be peaceful, it called a debate for a reason you scumbag!
"The cops were fully in tha wrong, .." They weren't partially in the wrong, not in the least, let alone "fully in tha wrong" you blithering fucking idiot.
"they first tried to pin the man for causing a riot, video evidence clearly shows there was no riot!" @Reggieworth ... lol um... yall seriously need to learn the laws of your state and country. i didn't even go to college nor am i'm not even a police officer and i know this stuff.... i mean there's atleast 2 things he did to be arrested outside of the riot thing... disturbing the peace and resisting a police officer. and all of yall seem to think he was arrested for asking a stupid question. GET IT FUCKING RIGHT... he was being taken out for asking a stupid question...
he was being taken out for asking multiple stupid question that the video just doesn't show.... he was arrested for resisting. GET IT FUCKING RIGHT. by law they had the right under the circumstances to taser him long before they did and he was warned MULTIPLE times that he would get tased if he didn't calm down. he asked for it plain and simple... don't believe that's how it works?? go try it with your local police officers and see what happens...
and ReggieWrong..... learn how to spell before you act like you know what you're talking about because right now you're the one being laughed at. its LAUGHED.. not LAFFED.
7TrOmA7 cont) "also freedom of speach mother fucking!" Freedom of SPEECH has nothing to do with it as Meye was not removed, let alone arrested or drive-stunned, for anything he said AND don't forget the fact that the courts ruled, long BEFORE this situation, that not only does ACCENT have EVERY right to set & enforce the rules that they do, they also ruled that their doing so does NOT violate anyones rights, not in any way, shape or form. cont)
7TrOmA7 cont) "the cops realised they didnt have a case on him and the video evidence would prove that in court so they changed charge to disturbing the peace, .." "a fucking debate is not ment to be peaceful,.." You really are a fucking idiot. Ther was NO "debate", ..cont..)
7TrOmA7 cont..).. much like there is no "debate" here seeing as you have NO fucking clue about what happened that day & when given the facts you put your head firmly back up your ass, where it's most comfortable, & ignore them.

"scumbag"?!?! I'm crushed! You don't like me? How will I live with myself? I'm going to go crawl into the corner, suck on my thumb & rock myself to sleep.

@redrumrob Also if you think that he was inciting a riot..then how is the KKK and the black panthers aloud to voice their opinions and get protected by the police???? answer that one for me please. I am not being racist, i am just proving a point to you. Oh and by the way...i just put a trumph in your argument..lol
"Also if you think that he was inciting a riot..then how is the KKK and the black panthers aloud to voice their opinions and get protected by the police????" That's what he was arrested for, you idiot. Also, you may not be aware of this fact, Mr "I'm studiying criminal justice!" but a riot does NOT have to occur for a person to be arrested, charged, tried & convicted of INCITING a riot. The Police reports, eyewitness statements, video evidence & Meyer's own interviews are available online & they prove that, like it or not, THESE Officers, in THIS situation, did NOTHING wrong.
For someone in "Criminal justice" you suck at gathering the facts before taking a strong position on something.
We should never question our police. If they see fit to torture someone or use brutality, I'm sure they had a very good reason. We should always just give them the benefit of the doubt, AND we should prosecute anybody who posts footage of POLICE BRUTALITY on the internet. Police are smarter than us, and it's NOT up to us citizens to ever question their methods because that would be WILLFULLY IGNORANT!!!!!
LISTEN UP AMERICA: Police Officers should always be IMMEDIATELY obeyed, no matter what. People who don't ENTHUSIASTICALLY obey an Officers' instructions should be: 1) Tased, 2) Pepper Sprayed, 3) Forcibly Arrested and 4) Sentenced to lengthy prison terms. Everybody just needs to SHUT UP and support the POLICE!!!!!!!!!!!
The people who died from being Tased shouldn't have had heart problems or been taken prescription medication. After all, how is a Police Officer supposed to know that someone has health problems. Police Officers are really, really smart but they AREN'T doctors or mindreaders!
Using a TASER has been PROVEN to be absolutely SAFE. I know, I know --- there have been a few cases where people have actually died after being tased, but it was THEIR OWN DAMN FAULT!
this young man's "questions" were just a bizarre rant about secret societies and election conspiracies and other such nonsense. what inane questions. and he went on and on and wouldn't shut up and sit down when asked to do so. he deserved to get tased just for being so lame. how long was everyone supposed to sit there and be subjected to his paranoid schizophrenic rantings and ravings?
If that was my friend and I was there and they started tasering him for nothing I would of starting picking up chairs and throwing them at them. Then we'd have a nice big fuckin brawl.
Moleson3MC Resisting Arrest hardly constitutes being drive-stunned "for nothing". Had you been there & interfered with the Police lawfully executing their duty then not only would you have gone to jail, along with any other idiot that joined you in your illegal & idiotic actions, but any chance of Meyer getting the slap on the wrist of 18 months of probation would have been less likely to have happened. You either do not know all the facts or are choosing to ignore them. cont)
Moleson3MC cont) Here are the facts of the matter. These facts are substantiated by the video evidence, eyewitness testimony, the Police reports & Meyer's own interviews.
The Q&A was announced to be over & Meyer started throwing a fit because he wasn't going to get to ask a question. He started yelling & cursing at Kerry & pushing his way to the nearest mic. cont)
Moleson3MC cont) He was confronted by ACCENT, the group that had sponsored the forum & that was moderating the Q&A, members AND Police & he was asked, then ORDERED to leave. Meyer, by his own admission in a written interview for MSNBC(still available online), refused to comply. That's Disturbing the Peace &, under Fl law, Trespassing. He was being removed by Police when Kerry interviened & asked that he be allowed to ask his question. cont)
Moleson3MC cont) ACCENT & Police chose to honor his request & escorted Meyer to the mic but their doing so did NOT mean that he was immune from the forum rules & it did NOT mean that the Police were going to just forget all about his ILLEGAL actions. He was told by Police, PRIOR to speaking at the mic, that they were going to need to have a talk with him after his question(thus their being behind him the entire time he was at the mic) & he was reminded about the forum rules. cont)
Moleson3MC cont) Those rules were:ONE question per person(he asked 5+), 30 seconds to preface it(he talked for a minute & a half before the mic was cut) & everyone was told that ANY use of obscenities would result in ACCENT cutting the mic(he said 'blowjob'). Meyer CHOSE to break ALL of those rules & ACCENT Director Max Tyroler chose to exercise his right to enforce them, just like they said they would, & gave the signal to cut the mic & their doing so did NOT violate his rights, ..cont..)
Moleson3MC cont.).. not in any way. The Police were then escorting him out to talk to him just like they told him they were going to need to do, not arresting him. Not until his continued ILLEGAL actions warrented it, that is. He CHOSE to violently resist that lawful removal & tried to get others to interfere with the Police. That's Resisting an Officer with Violence & Inciting a Riot & THAT is why he was arrested. cont)
Moleson3MC cont) He made another attempt to get away from the Police, at the back of the room, & was taken to the ground where he CHOSE to be drive-stunned by CHOOSING to ignore REPEATED orders to stop resisting even AFTER being warned he'd be "tased" if he did not comply.
Again, like it or not, those are the facts of the matter.
As my namesake said, "never mind redrumrob, hes just the local TROLL whos been harassing & attacking people whos views he cant stand for nearly THREE YEARS on this video." redrumLOONYBIN can't formulate his own lines so he steals from everyone else and sprays the converted excreta on all who disagree with him. Please, don't feed the sewage spitting drooling idiot of a troll redrumLOONYBIN. If being an idiot were a crime, he'd get a life sentence.
Love how people only see this part and not the rest of the video...I hate Bush as much as the next guy (in fact ALOT more) but the truth is this dude just went way overboard with the question instead going into a full-on rant when it was a simple Q & A...one thing led to another and he continued to resist and he was told why he was detained and warned SEVERAL times he was going to be tazed if he kept resisting. Cops just did what they had to, nothing more nothing less. People just overreacted...
They are going to try and kill me? WTF? You whiny panicing fuck. He even stated he was trying to get attention. This freak deserved to get tased 1000 times over. I am so glad that University police had the presence of mind to remove him from the hall before he caused more problems.
He went in with fine questions and a point. People say they want rights, they want freedom of speech, they want America back and this is what this young man stood up for. Freedom of speech is no more, as clearly demonstrated here.
And a great crack shall open in the earth and swallow all yea who stood forth to save their past and brethren as they are pushed in, and there shall be a great silence...as when those left behind come to know what was lost they shall weep tears of salt, sand and dirt.
@sierrxhadlin Wrong....I go to the University of Florida. There is a policy in that hall that you only ask so many questions so the speaker can move on. He ignored the rule and harrased the speaker. That is violation 1. Second when the cops attempted to escort him out he freaked out and tried to escape violation 2. He continued to resist when they put him down and thats violation 3.
@sierrxhadlin Who cares if he had "fine questions" He was given ample time to ask them, despite having already been told to leave for his behavior, and he chose to badger & rant rather than ask & leave as he was instructed. The merit of his questions havenothing to do with it. His behavior and actions do.
Shut Up man! Making a scene like that is so humiliating! Talk to your lawyer!

Failure to obey lawful orders by law enforcement.
If a sitting US Senator is in the room, expect security to be a little tighter. That's their job. It's his fault he got tased, he was resisting a law enforcement officer.

Sure, he resisted leaving the microphone stand, and resisted arrest after that, but come on: did he really "incite a riot" by asking the questions he did?

Cops need to learn they can't do whatever they want just because they wear a badge.

@StrengthFromAbove83 They did try to talk to him and escort him out before getting physical. There are other clips that show that.

The idea that his freedom of speech was taken when they let him have the mic AFTER being kicked out is ludicrous.
