  • Shut Up man! Making a scene like that is so humiliating! Talk to your lawyer!

  • TheCableguy221schannelyoutube

  • @tombee2

Failure to obey lawful orders by law enforcement.

If a sitting US Senator is in the room, expect security to be a little tighter. That's their job. It's his fault he got tased, he was resisting a law enforcement officer.

  • @brandonacoleman1

stop that ignorant bullshit, u know that was wrong man.. that and maany many other things in the united states of assfaces...

  • "Inciting a riot"?

LOL: is that really the charged the gave to Andrew Meyer back then?

Sure, he resisted leaving the microphone stand, and resisted arrest after that, but come on: did he really "incite a riot" by asking the questions he did?

  • If you act like that, then you deserved to be tased.

  • he is on gov't property and has no rights at all.

he paided to learn that he lives in a police state.

in the 60's the US gov't knew it lost the Vietnam war on collage grounds.

it will not make that same mistake again.

those that get out of the staffs control will be jailed.

the USA has more Communist beliefs/rules in 2010 then the USSR have in 1970...

  • why are u arresting him for just for asking a question?

Why did u have to taze him? dont give me that he was resisting arrest. u guys had no right to arrest him in the first place? I dont know what u cops are doing down there but u guys need to get it together, that or u guys need to get fired.

  • They sure as shit wouldn't have done that to a black student..

  • blah blah blah dont be a fuking moron when cops are around plain and simple you bitches

  • NO FREEDOM OF SPEECH ANY LONGER IN FASCIST USA!!! This is a great example of how dumbed down the nation is, how brainwashed the police forces are and how incompetent the so called leaders are. We got to take the power back!

  • @mexicanmusicfreak, Stop degrading our country, Dump down as a nation because of this incident?! I can set foot on any country and i can found bad Security. Stupid comments gets stupid answer. And they are not a police forces they are security. I agree with bad security management, everyone wants to feel important including security forces. Second what power are you talking about?! Our government as always been corrupted since day one. Same as other country government.

  • This guy got what he had coming to him.

  • Police management 101. Do what they tell you to do.

  • @TheCTBrotherhood Really? They didn't even TRY to talk to the guy. They immediately started to GRAB him. I'm a conservative. Combat Arms military guy. This is POOR police management. Could he have calmed down? sure. did the cops help? not one bit. That's how you get a lawsuit on your hands. Cops with attitude. reminds me of stupid NCOs in the military that are on a power trip. Cops need to learn they can't do whatever they want just because they wear a badge.

  • @StrengthFromAbove83 They did try to talk to him and escort him out before getting physical. There are other clips that show that. The cops should have just let him stay but on his part, when a cop tells you to do something you do it. Some college official might have told to the cops to have him removed. You don't freak out like a drama queen like this guy did. Brought it on himself.

  • "They're gonna try and kill me!" Lol wtf? he did cause a riot. He deserved to be arrested because at first they were just escorting him out, but then he resisted and got physical. So they had to arrest him

  • what's the secret society ????!!!!!!!

  • @TheZizo50 Skull & Bones. It's an elite fraternity at Yale. Yes, both Bush and Kerry were members.

  • @tombee2 no not all girl are bitches .

and I like u r opinion , plz don't care about bad stupid comments .

    thx

  • florida cops.. biggest fucking gang in the state. time for a CITIZENS ARREST BITCH!!!

  • @tombee2 Classic case? 99.99999999999% of cops do everything perfectly, they're respectful, they're polite, they do everything properly. 0.00000000001% are corrupt and retarded who just taze and kick for the sake of being abusive. And an even smaller % of that get caught on tape and everyone goes "oh I guess all cops do this."

These aren't even cops. Fucking university rent-a-cops.

If a girlfriend is bitchy to you, do you think all girls are bitches? Didn't think so.

  • I wonder if you'll feel the same when it's your time to be tased for no reason?"

But he was tazered for resisting arrest .. which could have been avoid if he walked out of there peacefully

  • @tombee2 Have you seen the whole video? All he did was ask a question"

Actually several questions -- which were extremely long winded.. How long dose it take to ask a questions

  • I don't know what he did to be escorted out of the auditorium. Maybe nothing to deserve it. However - he clearly resisted and fought them before they tasered the kid. Stupid kid and village idiots with badges-not a good combination. The kid knew exactly what he was doing when he started causing trouble. Did he deserve to be removed-only those in attendance know. Did he resist-absolutely. Would I have tased him based only on what we see here - yes.

  • @elvez1231 good thing you're not a cop and if you are you should be stripped of that badge. All he did here was stand up for his rights. Watch the whole video before making idiotic assumptions.

  • @begley09 the asshole causing all the trouble got exactly what he wanted - what he was begging for - attention. Did he commit a crime - I doubt it. At least he didn't until he resisted. This guy's problem - just like your's - he's an immature asshole. Very much like the "village idiots with badges" who tasered him. It looked like a full blown asshole festival to me. Now - fuck off.

  • @begley09 No, you are wrong. He got kicked out of a school event, then was given a speical privelage - NOT a right - to ask a question on his way out and he chose to grandstand then refuse to leave. That is ALL on him.

  • @mamacornettesmoney No in fact he did have the right to speak

  • @begley09 He had the right to "speak" as in "run his mouth. he just did not have the right to speak AT THAT EVENT. He was kicked out. they gave him the PRIVELAGE to speak. And when he cussed over a minute after his time had run out, they resumed the removal of him that was already in place before they GRANTED him the PRIVELAGE of asking Kerry a question.

  • @begley09 No. Granted the PRIVELAGE to address Mr. Kerry. then he abused it and had it revoked.

  • CHE VERGOGNA. POLIZIA BRUTALE STUPIDA GRASSA

  • listen next time tim tebow

  • It's freedom of fucking speech they are taking from him.. This is disgusting what ever happend to him

  • Respond to this video... the police broke a couple of laws. And the person in charge of the Q.A forum is responsible.

  • why did they pull the plug when he was asking the question this guy was just angry about the phone voting system that did not register the votes the freemasons own all of america look at your currency you will find all the answers. o and did u see the signal that senator john kerry give for the poor bloke to get arrested.he tugs on his ear and the police pounded on him

  • Umm even John Kerry wanted to answer the question. Obviously the dumbass kid just wanted to start some lame revolution against skull and bones. Fail.

  • thats fuckin bullshit but o'well lets just keep bein stupid fuckin sheeple right?

  • the university president is an ambaresment. why would anyone want to goto school there?

  • @alphafirstoneyou ambaresment?

  • stupid fucking cops i hope they all rot in piss

  • F**K the police

  • @tombee2

He's been at this for nearly half a decade, defending these cops. it's best not to feed the troll.

  • @redrumrob further more scumbag, i can see how tha man was arested for risisting arrest, he should not have pushd away from them BUT they had no reason at all to interupt him while speaking and also his questioned was not answered...ARE YOU A MEMBER OF SKULL AND BONES REDRUMROB? the truth is out there and some people are willing to fight for what they beleive in especialy when there is a signed document that says you have the freedom of speach......

  • i mean if strike was allowed to write several books on how to make mdma and from jail, then why wasnt this man alowed to speak his mind and to inform others, the point being this was exsesive use of force not necesary you fat douche who ever you are sitting on the other side of your computer!!!

  • I have been a student for Criminal justice for 2 years and have been through the police accademy..this is a prime example of "supioriority complex" these officers had no right to stop this man from making his speach. john kerry had a turn to speak..what anout this guy? These police need to lose their badges. They act like people given power to destroy the youth and their views...are we still the "United" states? or does the united part which means "as one" not exist anymore?

  • @redlrumrob

You "hate" me? Dude, you're getting WAY to emotional! You need to dispense with the histrionics and just chill out. Jeesh!!!

  • @redlrumrob and before you say the soviet union doesn't exist..i know that. All i'm saying is one thing. Complain and wine all you want. you are one man or boy against a lot of people so you might as well sit down, relax, and focus on making a life in this country unless you want to go to some 3rd world country.

  • @redlrumrob If you don't like the constition...then why are you here redlrumrob???Why do you take your communist ass to the soviet union you piece of shit.

  • @redlrumrob oh and another thing redlrumrob...it's very sad but true..if there wasn't crime being commited, police wouldn't exist. That is because the courts wouldn't make money, then the officers wouldn't make money, therefore the state would be losing money causing a depression...do your math and politics research before you insult someone with a higher intelligence then you. WFcoW has valid point's and so do i. also politics is one viscious circle of money..cut one part out and it falls apart

  • @email4butch

See, now you're just being WILLFULLY IGNORANT! Meyer's first mistake was that he didn't ENTHUSIASTICALLY comply with the Officers' instructions. He deserved to be thrown to the ground and TASED repeatedly for his insolence.

  • @redlrumrob you said previously that you also felt that these officers were out of line..and then later changed your mind to say that they wern't? Make up your mind and a valid point, without saying someone is stupid because i have been offered to work for the F.B.I. ...if you are even smart enough to know what that is..unless that is too far above your head. You seem to have a one track mind that you are right and those officers are too. Well here's a fact for you, we are all human's..

  • email4butch you don't know what you're talking about. ".. these officers had no right to stop this man from making his speach." ACCENT cut the mic, not the Police. I think it will simplify things if I just outline all of the facts for you. These facts will prove you wrong, every step of the way. They are substantiated by the video evidence, eyewitness testimony, the Police reports & Meyer's own interviews. cont)

  • @redrumrob continued... Also do you think those officers would want the same thing done to them in that situation..i'll answer this easy one for you since you don't seem to comprehend what is right from wrong. I'm sure these officers would hate being in the same situation and they would ask the same question...Since when is freedom of speech without violence a reason to get arrested.

  • @redrumrob hey fagit you make laugh HAHA! also a tad worried? for your own mental health. The cops were fully in tha wrong, they first tried to pin the man for causing a riot, video evidence clearly shows there was no riot! also freedom of speach mother fucker! the cops realised they didnt have a case on him and the video evidence would prove that in court so they changed charge to disturbing the peace, a fucking debate is not ment to be peaceful, it called a debate for a reason you scumbag!

  • "i mean there's atleast 2 things he did to be arrested outside of the riot thing"

yup, but 'inciting a riot' wasnt one of them & that is what i was referring to by pointing at that quote

    .

"he was being taken out for asking multiple stupid question that the video just doesn't show.... "

that would be a violation of 1st amendment rights no?

    .

"by law they had the right under the circumstances to taser him"

read the 9th circuit court ruling on 'Carl Bryan' in california december of last years

  • @Reggieworth 'Arguing with an idiot', remember?

  • @redrumrob Also if you think that he was inciting a riot..then how is the KKK and the black panthers aloud to voice their opinions and get protected by the police???? answer that one for me please. I am not being racist, i am just proving a point to you. Oh and by the way...i just put a trumph in your argument..lol

  • We should never question our police. If they see fit to torture someone or use brutality, I'm sure they had a very good reason. We should always just give them the benefit of the doubt, AND we should prosecute anybody who posts footage of POLICE BRUTALITY on the internet. Police are smarter than us, and it's NOT up to us citizens to ever question their methods because that would be WILLFULLY IGNORANT!!!!!

  • If that was my friend and I was there and they started tasering him for nothing I would of starting picking up chairs and throwing them at them. Then we'd have a nice big fuckin brawl.

  • he was a good sport he was like there are people who know im here dont kill me

  • mental health issues are getting out of hand in this country...wish i knew the answer to why.

  • Love how people only see this part and not the rest of the video...I hate Bush as much as the next guy (in fact ALOT more) but the truth is this dude just went way overboard with the question instead going into a full-on rant when it was a simple Q & A...one thing led to another and he continued to resist and he was told why he was detained and warned SEVERAL times he was going to be tazed if he kept resisting. Cops just did what they had to, nothing more nothing less. People just overreacted...

  • @Jackcar141 people overreacted...more like the cops overreacted.
