I went and brought some cheap normal table spoons. When I tried doing the illusion, the spoon didn't fit in my hand (poking out the other end). I've noticed a tea spoon fits in my hand the same way in your video.
Maybe next time you could add important detail like what type of spoons you will. need.

Its simple he is holding a bent spoon to start with just with a fake handle, so when he makes it move he just loosens his grip on the fake handle until it is hidden from view then he slides out the real spoon leaving the fake handle hidden.

what they did is they have a broken handle of anouther spoon and they put it in there hand making it look like it is bending then they hide the broken piece in there hand and pulled out the bent one
he has a a piece of spoon without the actual spoon part (just the handle) and he just lowers it (that's why he doesn't show the joint between the handle and the actual spoon) and then he conceals the extra part, reavealing an already pre-bent spoon ^^
