Yeah!! Not only a great bassist, also very groovy on guitar. She is outstanding and has made a very important lifetime job for us musicians to follow by influence a lot of bassplayers, guitarists and others to become better musicians. Marco does a very good job too!
she turn to bass for historical reason, i read that the need of bass player was higher so she switch to find a job. she seems to be a really lovin teacher, inventing educative ways to permit people to play bass even if theyre injured on their wrist etc etc ..
Carol plays bass and guitar. Marco was one of her students at one point and now he just happens to be one of the best bass players in the world on both electric and upright.
Before she played electric-bass she was a Jazz Guitarist. Then she played rhyhm guitar on a lot of hits: You can also hear her rhythm guitar on these hits: Surfin' USA (Beach Boys), Unchained Melody, You've Lost That Lovin' Feeling (The Righteous Brothers), La Bamba (Ritchie Valens) and she played that great Dano bass guitar line on „The Beat Goes On". You can also hear her on 12-string guitar on Frank Zappa's early records.
Known more for her Bass playing and 12 string guitar on so many hits..here she is slinging some very cool Jazz on guitar!
