He's using a lot of hand in a way that he is turning his hand earlier to create more of an angular roll. It still manages to cause friction and the fact that this ball is the Virtual gravity, high flare with low rg and high differential = hardcore angles anyway. Ball is made to hook, he just exploits it with lower revs and as much side-roll as he can I guess. I like his style. :)
My vg is drill exactly like this and it hook like a motherfucker

no this ball hooks a lot. i have it and i put just about as much on it as he does and i hook it even more than that. the ball is insane

wtf is this, he barely puts anything on the ball and banking the ball off the dry outside everytime is.....lame.

Because of how he gets it off his hand, you don't need a ton of revs to hook the ball a lot, just how he releases the ball.

its called a tweener. you dont have to crank a bowl to throw strikes. I throw the similar shot and have a 210 average.
