@mly888168 Remove the bulb, but leave the plastic holder in place. I haven't found a reason to remove it yet, and it doesn't hinder the removal of the tail lights.
@mly888168 Both tail lights are equipped with a spare bulb holder, and yes right after I lift away the carpet you'll see me remove the spare bulb (or not).
