That parallel axis shoulder roll is classic Dizzy Hips- check out any of my show clips back as far as 1999. although it's really a rhythmic gymnastic trick- but Baxter got it from me, like so much of what he does that he didnt get from Longuechaud, including blind folded hoopin. i learned from Plendle Bramson, trick roper Leapin louie & jackie chan. These people inspired me to come up with stuf like 3- beat weaves, stirring the pot, two person hooping. intructors have the duty of giving credit
@DizzyHips Hey thanks for the advice. I checked out the names here on YouTube for footage awesome. I remember seeing Bramson on TV as a kid, those continuous backrolls so sik. Sorry for not giving credit where credit was due, I've only been hooping for 6 months and haven't really done any history of hooping study. Thanks for the schooling Peace Love n Hoops, Wheel333
@babzrobinson Glad you likey, it's a bit of an awkward throw. I think it should be possible ( for the braver hoopers ) with out the hand guarding. It might just take the occasional ear off :P.
Ahh man you totally rock, love the video. You are already my hoop idol ~ looking forward to some hooping together by the West Pier! J xx
