Nice amv! If anyone wants to know about the anime it's called Arakawa under the bridge (yeah the top comment tell you that too) and the general story at the start might lead you to think its kind of a love story but well after two seasons their relationship doesn't develop a whole lot but if you're into watching completely WTF random stuff (you'll understand what i mean when you watch it) then this anime is for you :)
