@TheBlaxe there is no official name for this track, since it was unreleased. If you want it you can do one of three things:

1.) Download this video from a youtube downloader and rip the music.

2.) Download audacity and recored the music as the video plays on youtube (look for a tutorial its easy)

3.) Download the episodes that play the track and rip it yourself. Only problem is this one is a bit time consuming if you want it perfect.

This song is even played in the arc - searching for Tsunade. Around episode 88 - 95 you can hear this song sometimes. Not to forget in the fillers between 120 and 200, this song is a lot used.

I can even remember two other specific instances. When Naruto and Kiba were fighting in the Chuunin Exam preliminaries, this song played at the beginning of the second episode of their fight. And the other was right after Itachi stopped using Tsukuyomi on Kakashi.
