  • Knee repeaters should hold the body still, only knew moving instead of the whole body moving up & down

  • Y'all are being pretty rude

  • Kinda plain, but i like the idea of more power in step.Routine needs a little variation...1 thing 4 sure the lady in on the right is attractive grr :]

  • ZZZZZZZ zzzzZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

  • mvmstep: Body step burns lots of calories, leaner, tones & shape body, imrpove co-ordination, build strengh, improve bones health & density, increase heart & lung capacity, so WHO SAID Body Step is only "fatburning". Most people at the gym likes only work on their chest & arms? Guess why many people in the gym wear long trackie? to cover their chicken legs! Look at those body step instructors and regular participants how great their lower body :)

  • Not a bad fatburning move and has a lot of potential for the beginner step participants but ... Bodystep is only about Fatburning and has definitely no links with the more advanced level of stepclasses. Sorry this is not my cup of tea ... !

  • you are judging BODYSTEP by this one poor example. BODYSTEP is a BUTT and Thigh Workout- not inly about fat burnig - there are many advanced options in a bodystep class- the track displayed in this video has an objective- and that is mixed strength as apposed to fat burning- you clearly do not know what you are talking about.

  • @groupexman

Sorry I never judge people but The Les Mills "addiction" never got me ! but hey what the heck as long as you like what you are doing ... Do you teach freestyle classes too ?

  • I love this song and this move!!!

  • completamente fora da música...

  • merci pour cette corré... je suis en formation et les vidéos que l'on trouve sont aux top pour nous les étudiant en BP JEPS APT ou les BP Métier de la Forme. A+ Doud

  • Track five in release sixty-five is a fave of mine. Looks like they're a couple of beats behind the music.

  • I mean hamstring curls. We do have a speed track in Body Step. It is interval training...each track has a different focus. Everyone likes different things for their own body. I like the way LMI sets up but but that's just me.

  • One is better to do hammer curls to get higher intensity, but then I like my classes to be full on. From what I have seen of les mills step it looks very much the rebok style. Les mills may have choosen it for its safety aspect, but they need to change their footwear as the

original rebok wore boots not sneakers.

  • Peak means you worked on getting your heartrate to intensity with propulsion off the bench (lots of knees, hamcurls, jogging, etc.) The strength in step is not done with weights but by getting low into your legs with squats, controlled repeater knees...you are working on toning the legs, hips and butt in the strength track you keep the heartrate steady because track 6 is another peak track.

  • When you say hamcurls, do you mean hammer curls or hamstring curls? I find the best way to get the heart

rate up is rapid squat lunges or doing the step routine at top possible speed.

Sounds like your strength isn't step but B.A.T or B.L.T

or XX55, yes I have done tracks like that, usually 7 minutes on each leg. Don't see why one should keep heartrate steady just because of a peak track coming up.

  • Intro Class?

  • It is track 5 a mixed strength track which follows a peak track. This group is four counts off the beat most of the track though.

  • What is a peak track? For that matter what is this strength track supposed to achieve? Shouldn't one be using weights as well for a strength track?
