I have a friend who works at an airport in Europe, I can tell you the images are retained and transmitted. Some employees have been caught making photos of the scanner results with their cell phone. The radiation of the scanner itself is known to unzip DNA, which will create cancers, infertility and other problems. I know that the scanners were already ordered well ahead of the bombing incident. In court TSA said they can't do anything without your consent!

For a personal vacation I could personally elect to refuse the TSAs ridiculous security measures, refund my ticket, and leave (as John did here). This reminds me of my high school physical when I was 12. I didn't expect it and a women nurse told me to undress and I was so shy I didn't want her too force me too get naked. They threatened too call my parents because I did not consent too it. The principle or someone else came and told me that I had too do it! I have a friend who works at an airport in Europe, I can tell you the images are retained and transmitted. Some employees have been caught making photos of the scanner results with their cell phone. The radiation of the scanner itself is known to unzip DNA, which will create cancers, infertility and other problems. I know that the scanners were already ordered well ahead of the bombing incident. In court TSA said they can't do anything without your consent!

Additional concerns for those that travel for business. For a personal vacation I could personally elect to refuse the TSAs ridiculous security measures, refund my ticket, and leave (as John did here). But if someone is traveling for their job, they would be concerned that being declined travel at the airport could negatively impact their employment. Missing a significant meeting or conference could definitely jeopardize things with ones employer. So business people may feel they have no choice

Dr. Steven Smith (inventor of the scanner) testified under oath, in the class-action suit against the California Dept of Corrections, that a person is exposed to a minimum of 11 mrems of radiation. This testimony was then sealed under court order, and the Cal. Dept of Corrections removed these scanners from the prisons. The suit was then dropped.
The radiation is not DISPERSED body-wide but mostly in the skin. Can you spell SKIN CANCER?

Tyner's comment brings out a parallel between this issue and school paddling. In both cases, government employees are performing an act that normally would be considered sexual assault or battery. This reminds me of my high school physical when I was 12. I didn't expect it and a women nurse told me to undress and I was so shy I didn't want her too force me too get naked. They threatened too call my parents because I did not consent too it. The principle or someone else came and told me that I had too do it! So I let her do it and she did look in my underwear and stick her hand down my pants. i wish they wouldn't do things like that too us. I would have rather had a male doctor do it!

They're being taugh that people aren't soveriegn, and when the majority are brainwashed that individuals are not soveriegn, they will not recognize you being sovereign. Another reason you will get a pat-down is if you opt out of being screened by Advanced Imaging Technology (AIT). This technology is optional, but if you do opt out, we must ensure you have the same level of screening that this technology provides, which includes looking for metallic and non-metallic items.
This is from the TSA site, do you read Required anywhere, they are offering you a service and they call you a customer, you simply say "I do not consent to your Authority" and walk.

For the TSA to say that Tyner has "escaped" would mean that Tyner was being detained.
If the TSA files suit claiming he "escaped from detainment", then Tyner should file a "unlawful detainment and sexual assault" lawsuit.
It's logical process. If you're saying he escaped, that means you were detaining him and they had no lawful right to do so.

He has every right to deny them this unnecessary and invasive search (the fourth amendment). And I have watched the tapes, and he was basically detained forr no reason. His side of the story is basically factual (but not completely).

The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides that:
“ The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and Warrants shall not be issued, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. ”

To all body scan supporters, did you know that a bomb hidden in a toner cartridge was found flying in cargo and the investigators stated that the only reason they found it was due to an anonymous tip otherwise it might have blown up the plane? USE YOUR BRAIN. If a terrorist wanted to bring down a plane they can just SHIP THE BOMB in cargo. Body cavity searches on passengers will not stop that.

Where are they, now during the Obama years, when the TSA is groping nuns, strip searching 3-year old girls, and bearing false witness against american citizens? If these machines stay, TSA will be sued by cancer victims 20- 30 years from now ( like all of those attorneys advertising for mesothelioma suits)
We don't need any TSA agents checking out people's private parts. What's next, random body cavity searches? Perhaps TSA agents should receive the same training as prison guards.
