Unsure they are of the same company, anyway the "layout" represented a block system where the trains are following each other. I would call it a "strict" block system (only red and green, no yellow i.e. empty block, in between). You may try to look for the Japanese manufacturer and contact them - their products are also sold on eBay, I believe

Shame the camera moved around to fast, there is some interesting products that I'd like to get a better view of.
