very very bad squats! never bend your knees to more than a 90 degree angle when you;re squattind and jumping with a dumbell... You only have 1 pair of knees for your life.
Yeah beginners should learn the proper technique with body weight first, but a 5 pound dumbbell has no effect on let's say an average sized man or woman.
ill take my foot out of my mouth now. To be honest I Though someone else was critiquing your video..I was trying to make a point that avg people/beginners would definitely struggle with jump squatting with a 100 lb dumbbell. My apologies for coming off rude :) I did enjoy the video.

This exercise isn't effective unless you're holding a 100 pound dumbbell.

right, because most people can jump squat with a 100 lb dumbell, pretty sure there is variation in body type and ability.
