  • so how much for the place?

  • @telarad613 about $40,000

  • El Valle de la vida eterna; estuve una sola vez alli de peladito; hermosos paisajes...

  • Isnt it too close to the river? I would be worried when the rain lifts the river up.

  • Beautiful ! Always wanted to go to Equator. Maybe one day ill get there. Looks similar to the "foothills of the Himalayas" here in Chiang Mai, Thailand ! No sheep or goats here though [sigh], but wow am I much healthier eating better food. Peace.

  • I have 125 acres in the hills of Santa Barbara California surrounded by BLM land....Would anybody be willing to help create a safe place to live, grow food, shelter, I have much knowledge but can't do it alone....Any suggestions from people out there? Any body in LA or San Fransisco with no where to go if the SHTF? We could even go underground.

  • @17seventySIX Yes this sounds like a wise course of action. How may I contact you privately for more information?

  • @nutinewunudasun I posted a couple of videos on the subject. I'll try attach a video.

  • @17seventySIX I am in San Diego now, I would love to come check out your operation. I was working on my land for a couple of months, clearing trees and digging a big hole for an underground house, but I might sell the property. I will message you privately for more info.

  • @17seventySIX GARDEN OF LIA: very interested. yahoo

  • @17seventySIX Hey there! Sounds like you might be interested in the project that we are creating. Check out our website at one community ranch dot com or search for "One Community" and pretty much any word associated with sustainability. We are in negotiation on a property now but would be open to discussion if you feel our visions are in alignment and the property has what is necessary for the full realization of what we are creating.

  • Utterly amazing scenery. Any updates? Hoping to get down there myself and check things out for the future. (another AJ listener, how odd)

  • I will probably be going back down there in a few months to start building something on my acre, should be a trip. Richard and Norie tell me that things are coming along well, I am hoping to get residency soon.

  • @verygood8888 How much is an acre of land? Is there any property near where you bought yours?

  • Wom man, what an amazing property!! Do you know what it takes to get a Visa that allows a US citizen to live in Ecuador long term?

  • By default you get 6 months, I think if you can prove you are working it can be extended indefinitely. Once you own $25,000 worth of property, you can get residency by staying 9 out of the first 12 months you live there.

  • @verygood8888 Thanks!

  • beautiful~ thank you for sharing~ many blessings!

  • i saw you in vilcabamba, you were criticizing the US government system. I bet you're an Alex Jones listener.

  • Isn't criticizing the government pretty much what being an American is all about? Isn't that why we have "Freedom of Speech"? So that we are free to criticize the government?

  • Alex Jones has a purpose and that purpose is to make people mad!

  • Ha good to hear from you again. I may be back this summer, we should reconnect. Hope you got your land.

  • can i intern?

  • Nice!
