No, I'm afraid not. But it isn't that difficult. In fact, I learnt how to do it by watching 'Ayumilove Windows Movie Maker Tutorial (Part 2)' here on Youtube. Make sure to read through his notes at the top as well by clicking (more).
Yep, everything was filmed in reverse. So we walked backwards & stopped at the same spot as Charles ran past us backwards - if that makes sense. Thanks for your comment, glad it amused someone :)

I used AviSynth & VirtualDub to reverse the footage first & then edited it on Windows Movie Maker.
