Capital is now not a problem. 2-3 smart scientists, engineers can make their own high tech company. More important than the business idea is to find right people that are willing to share the risk with you. Excellent piece, something this in depth on Science would never air on American television, maybe on PBS but not a major broadcast network. The presenter was extremely knowledgeable on the subject and didn't let the complexity of the subject detour him to dumbing down the content matter. His English was also very good.
