It's quick shifting in most of my videos he tony does them ... And no you don't stay on the gas as soon as you hit ur rev limit u quick shit into 2nd or what ever you feel like

@timmie426 doubt it... fuel cut and hitting the rev limiter will molest the engine... spark cut all day you never want to go lean
