I don't know if this has been answered but I think it's the remix of "Illegal Subs" By Kaotic Chemistry, or could be the original? Good to see N'Joi's rendition of Little Bird in the mix, although the mixing in was a little suspect to say the least! Nonetheless some nice tunage here :)

DJ Base broke through when he was 16 an played at the legendary Kinetic where I called home...so who knows, you've plenty of time! Good luck!
