I've tried the hair vitamin's called Biotin cuz I wanted more hair, it did make the existing hair on my scalp grow around 1 centimeter faster in a month. But I didnt grow new extra hair where I lacked hair on my scalp but good for growing existing hair. Also, about 1 a day multi vitamin pills, Ive tried those for a month and they gave me headaches, I think its better to just eat healthy those pills give u too many vitamins than u need sometimes because person body needs a different amount.

I bought a 1oz packet of Hayashi System 911 Emergency Pak Reconstructor, a little goes a LONG way I've used it 2x & still have some. I noticed immediately it softened my hair & I had 0 frizz/flyaways after (def gonna buy a bigger bottle) Get a trim every 6-8 wks to get rid of split ends, or your hair splits off, gets worse & wont grow

I think you should use biotin supplaments, I can't take pills either, but these are melt away in your mouth... my hair grew WICKED long in only about 1 1/2 months! I got them from the medicine/pills section in Walmart! Just remember to take them on a full stomach:)

omg. , my hair used to be extremely curly and after 2 years of straightening IT WONT CURL ANYMORE. but i tried this cool trick : when ur hair is wet -- twist it (extremely twist it) and clip it with a hair clip and let it airdry for an hour and take out the clip and ur hair will be curly :) its pretty cool

This happened to me too! I used the genie thick plate straighteners and after a few months my curls just wouldn't work. Have had my hair cut soooo many times over the last year and a half and finally went for the big chop to get my curls back...and I hate them! sounds like u have heat damage and that cant be fixed u will have to grow out ur hair and cut off the ends that wont curl bk up anymore. Thats only if u want tho

You should totally try the L'Oreal Everstrong products or burts bee because they are sulfate free and you can also try the aveeno leave in treatment, i was on the same path you are now, looking and looking for porducts that worked for me until I found those.

well you know i have curly hair like you and you know how you whant vitamin for your hair i dont have liqiued or pills but i have shampoo you can by it at target for $ 9.72 i look at my hair after i take a shower and i see a diffrence in my hair you should use it it is calledinfusium 23 and it is hard to find it i have only seen it wallmart and target but wallmart does not have it all the time so think you should go with target and i think i commented on all your videos

I was told omega # was really good for skin and hair, along with other things.. Go to your local health store and find some supplements.. I take a table spoon of fish oil every day and it works great! Sounds gross, but They usuallky have a lemon flavour... Mix it with your favourite smoothie or yogurt!

I heard when conditioning your hair, to only condition the top to middle (dependng on length, i have long) and then rinse b/c while rinsing, the conditioner from the top runs through to the bottom. If you put it at the ends yourself before rinsing its too much.

With conditioner, you want to focus it on the ends, as it is not necessary to use it on your roots because of the naturally oils your scalp produces.

you can still take the pills but wrap a plastic bag around a hammer and mash the pill into a powder and put it in your drink! I used to do that formy lil sis when she'd take a Benadryl when she had colds!
