Disney gave their permission to use the music in the real live version of peter pan. my best friend works in the disney side of things and she told me that disney give their permission to use music for real live films.

I love the part when Peter and Wendy are at the window right before they leave, when Peter whispers in Wendy's ear, "Come away with me. To Neverland. Where you'll never, never have to think about grown-up things again." And she whispers back, "Never is an awfully long time." And then they share this magical smile, and fly off together over the London moonlit fog. And I get goosebumps and start crying - every time! Best part ever, and perfect song too! The first part of it gives me chills.
