@adacosta38 May get my hands on one soon. Maybe not. I haggles price down to 450 euro for an dual socket 1,5Ghz Itanium 2 with 8GB ram and a single U320 hdd. For 300 I´d go get it now. Still is an older processor though. Maybe. But you can get one secondhand fairly cheap now. They are rare.
Linux looks like its definitely not optimized for Itanium. I wanted a Itanium Workstation myself to play with it, but of course, not in my budget.
