The video's subject is a bridge completed by John Bush near Dodoma. I believe that Allen Podell started the bridge before relocating (to Tanga?) I'd like to hear more background from both guys.

I like the mystery part of "How did they do that?" This story reminds me of Bob Muller's relaying his story of the time his workers out thought him about how to get the boulder out of the middle of the road.
