no its not. a clip is from, for example, the M1 Garand where you had a bunch of rounds hung on a clip and you inserted them into the housing and removed the clip. A magazine has the rounds sit inside while you insert the full magazine into the magazine housing.

These are relatively easy. For the AK-47 and M-14 you just take a ban saw and cut a piece of wood to that shape and cover it up with tape. For the round drum you just take a butter container, hot glue it to the bottom and cover it with tape. Honestly, the round drum is pretty stupid, all you have to do is buy the raider and paint the drum black, plus it holds darts!
