DeFazio on vital unemployment insurance and Medicare doc payments

@ArmyFtBall... problem is that would be like throwing out the baby with the bathwater. There are those few who actually are fighting to do the right thing (like DeFazio here). Since the good ones are so few and far between, I think it's best we try to keep them.

We need term limits. No congressman or woman should serve more than 2 terms. Congresspeople need to take the lead and voluntarily leave after 2 terms.
